I made the dang thing. Who is this for? Hell if I know. Mostly myself. I suppose if you find yourself at rock bottom on the fitness spectrum, we can be company for each other.


There is little to report on today. I waited (read: procrastinated) until late this evening to get any sort of exercise done, so I decided to start with a simple stretch session. Back when I used to work out regularly I did twenty to thirty minutes of cardio, followed by either thirty minutes of stretching and ab work or thirty minutes of lifting and ab training. I imagine I'll do something similar here, so we're starting with the low-hanging fruit that is stretching. I will admit I do feel better afterward.


I don't have much to say today. I started, and I think that's the important thing. The next most important thing is to do it again tomorrow.
